- boiling water
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- cherry Jell-O
- frozen raspberries - 2 pkg
- can whole cranberries - 1 item
How to make cranberry-raspberry jello salad:
Top Layer:1 large pkg. cherry Jell-O1 c. boiling water1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple1 can whole cranberries Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in boiling water. Add frozen raspberries and lemon juice, stir to thaw raspberries which chills the jello. Mix and pour into 13 x 9-inch pan; refrigerate until firm. When firm, cover with sour cream. Set in refrigerator.Dissolve cherry Jell-O in 1 cup boiling water. Add pineapple and cranberries; mix thoroughly. Allow mixture to chill and thicken slightly. Then pour on top of sour cream. Chill thoroughly (overnight is best).
