Cranberry pudding

Cranberry pudding



  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • cream - 1/2 c
  • hot water - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted
  • light molasses - 1/2 c
  • cranberries - 2 c

How to make cranberry pudding:

Sauce:1/2 c. butter, melted1 c. sugar1/2 c. cream1 tsp. vanilla Mix pudding ingredients together and steam in double boiler for 2 hours.

Sauce: Mix the sauce ingredients and boil for a few minutes. Spoon over pudding when ready to serve warm.
