- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- orange juice - 2/3 c
- orange - 1 item
- chopped walnuts optional - 1 item
- bag cranberries - 1 item
- Betty Crocker golden pound cake mix - 1 item
How to make cranberry-orange pound cake:
Grate orange peel. Chop cranberries in blender and mix with peel. Mix cake mix according to directions, except substitute orange juice for water. Add vanilla and mix well. Add cranberry mixture and mix well. Grease and flour Bundt pan using butter and flour. Pour batter into pan and bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.
