Cranberry orange nut bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- butter, melted - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 1 c
- coarsely chopped cranberries
How to make cranberry orange nut bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease one large loaf pan (9 1/4 x 5 1/4-inches). Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Combine orange juice, butter and eggs; stir into dry ingredients, mixing just until moistened. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
