Cranberry orange bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- baking powder
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- coarsely chopped fresh cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry orange bread:
Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Combine egg, orange juice and oil. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Fold in cranberries and walnuts. Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan at 350° for 60 minutes, until done. Remove from pan in 10 to 15 minutes. Cool. Wrap and store overnight.Recipe categories: Breads, Fruit, Healthy.
