Cranberry mousse
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 2 c
- water - 1/2 c
- raspberry jello
- can whole berry cranberry sauce - 1 lb
How to make cranberry mousse:
Drain pineapple; save juice. Add jello to juice. Add water. Heat to boiling point, stirring to dissolve gelatin. Remove from heat. Add cranberry sauce. Chill until slightly thick. Blend in sour cream. Garnish with chopped nuts, if desired. Chill until set.Recipe categories: Desserts, Salads, Side dish.
