Cranberry crunch



  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • flour - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • pecans - 1 c
  • melted shortening - 1/4 c
  • cranberries - 4 c

How to make cranberry crunch:

Grease 10-inch quiche or pie plate. Spread cranberries over bottom of dish. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and pecans. In small bowl at high speed, beat eggs until frothy. Add 1 cup sugar; beat well at low speed. Add flour, shortening and margarine. Pour batter over berries and nuts. Bake 1 hour or until golden at 325°.
