Cranberry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 2/3 c
- coconut - 1/2 c
- oats - 1 c
- can cranberry sauce - 1 oz
- lard or butter - 1/3 c
How to make cranberry crunch:
Mix all except cranberry sauce; divide into parts. Press one part in 2-quart baking dish. Slice cranberry sauce fairly thin and put layer on top. Top with remaining mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Side dish.
