Cranberry chutney

- sugar - 1 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- orange juice - 1 c
- golden raisins - 1/2 c
- can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 oz
- bags cranberries - 2 (12
- box fruit gelatin - 1 oz
How to make cranberry chutney:
In a saucepan, bring cranberries, sugar and orange juice to a boil, stirring until berries start to pop. Then remove from heat and stir in gelatin, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cool, cover and refrigerate.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Sauces, Chutneys.
