Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1/4 c
- dairy sour cream - 1/2 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- grated orange peel - 2 Tbsp
- chopped fresh or frozen cranberries - 3/4 c
- Bisquick baking mix
- Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in bowl
- orange juice to desired consistency - 2 4
How to make cranberry bread:
Generously grease loaf pan. Stir all ingredients except cranberries and nuts in bowl. Beat vigorously for a minute. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350°.
