Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- milk - 2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- egg whites - 3 item
- to 20 crackers, crumbled - 18 item
How to make cracker pudding:
Mix yolks, milk, butter and crackers. Cook in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes until liquid is gone. Add beaten egg whites to sugar and spread over the top. Brown in conventional oven at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, < 30 mins.
