Crabmeat stuffed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- sticks butter - 2 item
- pepper
- chopped green onions and tops - 3/4 c
- mild cheese, grated - 1 c
- cans crabmeat - 2 1/2
- medium potatoes baking - 10 item
How to make crabmeat stuffed potatoes:
Scrub potatoes and bake in a 450° oven until done. Cut potatoes lengthwise, scoop out the pulp and mash with butter, cream, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add onions and crabmeat. Fill the reserved shells with the mixture, and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.These may be made ahead and frozen.
