Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 11 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- small grated onion - 1 item
- bottle chili sauce - 1/2 item
- box Wheat Thins - 1 item
- dash of garlic - 1 item
- parsley flakes optional - 1 item
- small box Wakefield frozen crabmeat, thawed, rinsed and drained - 1 item
How to make crabmeat spread:
Blend cream cheese, garlic salt, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise in mixer. Spread over a glass pie plate. Pour 1/2 bottle chili sauce over spread. Spread thawed, rinsed and drained crabmeat over chili sauce. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 8 hours.
