Crabmeat spread
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 12 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- parsley flakes - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- chili sauce - 1/2 c
- small to medium onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- crabmeat I use imitation crabmeat, chopped or flaked - 6 8
How to make crabmeat spread:
Combine cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mayonnaise, lemon juice and onion. Mix with electric mixer. Spread in serving dish (such as large Pyrex pie pan), then spread chili sauce over top. Cover with chopped crabmeat and then sprinkle with parsley flakes. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Appetizers, Spreads.
