  • light cream - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • grated onion - 1 Tbsp
  • backfin crabmeat - 1 lb
  • chili powder if using canned or frozen crabmeat optional - 1/2 tsp

How to make crabmeat casserole:

Mix ingredients lightly. Bake in a 1 1/2-quart casserole for 40 minutes at 350°. Serves 4 to 6.
