  • stick butter - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • mayo
  • split English muffins - 6 item
  • crab meat fresh or imitation - 7 oz
  • mild Cheddar cheese spread - 4 oz

How to make crabbies:

Soften butter and cheese at room temperature. When soft, mix butter and cheese with all other ingredients. Spread onto muffin halves. Place muffin with spread on a cookie sheet and place into freezer for 1 hour. Remove and quarter the muffins with a sharp knife. Place muffins on cookie sheet into the broiler for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not overcook.
