Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- dash of Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- fresh mushrooms - 25 item
- horseradish - 1/2 tsp
- can crabmeat - 1 1/2
How to make crab-stuffed mushrooms:
Blend all ingredients except mushrooms. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Sprinkle top with fine dry bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes in a shallow buttered dish until hot and bubbly.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
