Crab stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can crab meat - 1 oz
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
- or more large fresh mushrooms - 1 lb
How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:
Remove stems from mushrooms and wash carefully. Save stems for another dish. Combine drained crab meat and grated sharp cheese. Add mayonnaise and mix well with a fork. Stuff this mixture into each mushroom cap. Sprinkle each with crushed crackers. Bake for 10 minutes in 350° oven. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under the broiler until they bubble.
