Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can crabmeat - 1 item
- to 25 large fresh mushrooms - 20 item
How to make crab stuffed mushrooms:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Heat butter over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until smooth and forms together. Stir in milk, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute until thick. Stir in crabmeat. Fill mushrooms and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes until slightly brown on top.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
