Crab stuffed eggs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- can crabmeat, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- fresh parsley sprigs - 1 item
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- jar pimiento, drained - 1 oz
How to make crab stuffed eggs:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks with fork. Add crabmeat and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites. Garnish with pimiento slices and fresh parsley. Yields 12 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Crab.
