- crab meat - 1 lb
- boiling water
- pinch of celery seed - 1 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 item
- light cream - 1 pt
- milk - 1/2 c
- hunk of butter or margarine - 1 item
How to make crab soup:
In a covered pot, simmer crab meat in boiling water for 20 minutes, which has been seasoned with celery seed, salt and pepper. Then add parsley, light cream, milk and butter. Makes about 5 servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, Crab.
