Ingredients/Components
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- celery, finely diced - 1/2 c
- cucumbers or pickles, finely diced - 1/2 c
- green onions, chopped - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise or salad dressing - 1/2 c
- hot dog rolls - 4 item
How to make crab salad rolls:
Combine crabmeat with celery, cucumbers, green onions and mayonnaise. Chill until ready to serve. Toast open-faced rolls under toaster oven or broiler until brown. Spoon crabmeat into rolls.
