Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- 9-inch pie shells - 2 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- shredded Swiss cheese - 8 oz
- Old Bay seasoning - 2 tsp
- dried onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make crab quiche:
Mix first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix together. Spoon into the 2 pie shells. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Shellfish, Crab.
