- milk - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1/2 lb
- white pepper - 2 tsp
- white crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crab mornay:
Make thick cream sauce of butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Into greased baking dish, place layer of crabmeat and a layer of cheese. Pour in some cream sauce and continue until dish is filled. Bake in moderate oven for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
