- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 Tbsp
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- sherry - 4 Tbsp
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
- cans crab meat - 2 item
How to make crab meat casserole:
Combine flour, butter and milk in a saucepan to make white sauce. Put saucepan over medium heat and stir until thickened. Add salt, pepper and sherry. Remove from heat and add crab meat. Pour into buttered casserole and sprinkle cheese over top. Cook in 450° oven until cheese melts. Do not overcook!Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
