Crab fritters
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1/4 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- dash of salt - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 4 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 8 oz
How to make crab fritters:
Drain crabmeat. Mix together all ingredients, except crabmeat and mayonnaise. Add drained crabmeat; mix. Add and blend in mayonnaise last. Fry in melted margarine over medium heat. Brown on both sides. Serve at once.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Shellfish, Crab.
