Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- Old Bay seasoning - 2 tsp
- shakes garlic salt - 3 item
- grated Cheddar - 2 c
- sour crem - 1 c
- crab meat, backfin is best - 1 lb
How to make crab dip:
Remove shells from crab meat. Mix all ingredients except crab and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Fold in crab meat and sprinkle remaining Cheddar on top. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered. Serve hot!Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Crab.
