Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 2 (8
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • Old Bay seasoning - 2 tsp
  • shakes garlic salt - 3 item
  • grated Cheddar - 2 c
  • sour crem - 1 c
  • crab meat, backfin is best - 1 lb

How to make crab dip:

Remove shells from crab meat. Mix all ingredients except crab and 1/2 of Cheddar cheese. Fold in crab meat and sprinkle remaining Cheddar on top. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes, covered, then 15 minutes, uncovered. Serve hot!
