Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 tsp
- stick melted margarine - 1/2 item
- backfin or lump crab meat - 1 lb
- a sprinkle of black pepper - 1 item
- grated sharp Cheese - 1 c
How to make crab casserole:
Grease casserole dish and place crab in it. Make a white sauce, using the margarine, flour and milk. Add all spices and pour sauce over crab meat and sprinkle top with the cheese. Cook in moderate oven for about 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Crab.
