  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
  • slices bread, remove crust - 2 item

How to make crab cakes:

Break bread into small pieces. Moisten with milk. Press out excess milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry until brown.
