Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- slices bread, remove crust - 2 item
How to make crab cakes:
Break bread into small pieces. Moisten with milk. Press out excess milk. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into cakes. Fry until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
