Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
- slices bread without crust - 2 item
- wet mustard if desired - 1 tsp
How to make crab cakes:
Break bread into pieces and moisten with milk. Mix all ingredients. Shape into cakes and fry quickly until brown.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
