  • milk - 1 item
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1 Tbsp
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • Old Bay seasoning - 1 tsp
  • slices bread without crust - 2 item
  • wet mustard if desired - 1 tsp

How to make crab cakes:

Break bread into pieces and moisten with milk. Mix all ingredients. Shape into cakes and fry quickly until brown.
