Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • small amount of milk - 1 item
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • slices bread, crust removed - 2 item
  • Old Bay seasoning or to taste - 1 tsp

How to make crab cakes:

Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix all ingredients. Shape into cakes. Chill for at least one hour. Fry quickly until browned.
