Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- small amount of milk - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- slices bread, crust removed - 2 item
- Old Bay seasoning or to taste - 1 tsp
How to make crab cakes:
Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Mix all ingredients. Shape into cakes. Chill for at least one hour. Fry quickly until browned.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
