Crab cakes



  • crabmeat - 1 lb
  • Bisquick - 3 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp

How to make crab cakes:

Clean and pick over crabmeat, removing any membrane pieces. Combine the other ingredients together and add to crabmeat. Mix gently until blended. Form into 8 crab cakes. Fry each in oil deep enough to come up to one half the side of the crab cake. Brown lightly on each side.
