Ingredients/Components
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- Bisquick - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
How to make crab cakes:
Clean and pick over crabmeat, removing any membrane pieces. Combine the other ingredients together and add to crabmeat. Mix gently until blended. Form into 8 crab cakes. Fry each in oil deep enough to come up to one half the side of the crab cake. Brown lightly on each side.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
