Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- onion, finely chopped - 1 tsp
- celery - 1/2 c
- green pepper, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- crab meat - 1 lb
- Worcestershire sauce to taste - 1 item
- unsalted butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- tartar sauce - 1/2 c
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into patties. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, or until golden.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
