Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- parsley flakes - 1/2 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp
- slices bread, broken into pieces - 2 item
- regular crabmeat - 1 lb
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients together well with a fork. Make into cakes. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Drain on paper towel to absorb the grease. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
