Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- seafood seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- egg beaten - 1 item
- onion chopped - 1/3 c
- celery chopped - 1/3 c
- pepper sauce - 1/8 tsp
- green peppers chopped - 1/3 c
- parsley minced - 1 Tbsp
How to make crab cakes:
Mix all ingredients together and make into patties. Cook in skillet in hot oil; cook until golden brown on both sides.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
