Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 3/4 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • to 8 slices bread - 6 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • crab meat - 1 lb
  • small green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item

How to make crab cakes:

Soak bread in milk and mash. Add to other ingredients. Make into patties and fry in butter. Serve hot with lemon slices.
