Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- to 8 slices bread - 6 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- crab meat - 1 lb
- small green bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make crab cakes:
Soak bread in milk and mash. Add to other ingredients. Make into patties and fry in butter. Serve hot with lemon slices.Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
