- sugar - 1 c
- corn syrup - 1 c
- peanut butter
- cups cornflakes may use Cheerios or other grain cereals - 6 item
How to make cowboy cookies:
Bring sugar and syrup to a boil. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir and mix well. Add cornflakes. Stir until flakes are well coated. Drop by tsp. onto wax paper. Makes 7 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
