Ingredients/Components
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- raisins - 1/2 c
- milk chocolate chips - 2 c
How to make cow pie:
In double boiler, melt chocolate and shortening. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Chill until ready to serve. Makes 2 dozen.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Appetizers, Spreads.
