- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- strips cooked bacon, crumbled - 6 item
- red or new potatoes baking potatoes can be substituted - 12 item
How to make country potatoes:
Boil potatoes with skins on until done. Drain and let cool. Thinly slice the unpeeled potatoes. Butter bottom of 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
