Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- shredded cabbage - 4 c
How to make country cole slaw:
In large bowl, stir together first 4 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Serves 8.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
