Ingredients/Components
- water
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 oz
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- rice uncooked - 1 c
- split chicken breasts - 1 pkg
How to make country baked chicken:
In Dutch oven, spread rice; cover with onion soup mix. Place chicken on top. In medium bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup with water. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° for 2 hours. Remove chicken; stir seasoned rice and serve.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
