Ingredients/Components
- Cup Milk - 3/4 item
- Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese - 1/2 item
- Seasoned Salt - 1/2 Tsp
- Processed Cheese Spread - 1 Jar
- Roast Beef, cubed, cooked - 2 Cups
- Frozen Vegetables broc - 1 Bag
- Cups Frozen Hash Browns, thawed - 4 item
- Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 Tsp
How to make countdown casserole:
Spoon cheese spread into 9x12 pan and place in oven until cheese melts. Stir in milk until well blended. Stir in beef, vegetables, hash browns, 1/2 can french fried onions and seasonings.Bake covered 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through. Top with cheddar cheese and sprinkle with remaining onions down the center. Bake uncovered for 3 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
