Cottage pie



  • grated cheese - 1/4 c
  • carrots - 2 item
  • potatoes - 1 lb
  • onion - 1 item
  • minced beef - 3/4 lb
  • salt, pepper and herbs - 1 item

How to make cottage pie:

Peel and slice potatoes; boil 20 minutes. Peel and slice onions and carrots. Fry meat, onions and carrots until meat is brown and onions and carrots are soft. Add a little water, salt, pepper and herbs. Pour into a casserole dish. Mash potatoes and spread on top of casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 375° until cheese is brown.
