  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 4 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • Crisco - 2 c
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • small curd cottage cheese - 1 pt

How to make cottage cheese cookies:

Cream and blend the Crisco, sugars, vanilla, eggs and cottage cheese. Mix flour, baking powder, cocoa and soda and add to first mixture. Mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Roll in balls, then in powdered sugar. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes.
