  • pkg - 1 oz
  • boiling water
  • chopped celery - 2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • small chopped onion - 1 item
  • hard-cooked eggs - 3 item
  • can corned beef, flaked - 1 oz
  • small jar chopped olives - 1 item

How to make corned beef salad:

Dissolve jello in water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly. Blend in rest of ingredients. Pour into ring or flat dish. Refrigerate until set.
