Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- oleo, melted - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 item
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- can corned beef - 1 item
- pepper optional - 1 item
- Lipton onion soup - 1 pkg
How to make corned beef casserole:
In large pan mix corned beef, oleo, tomatoes, onion soup, pepper, 2 tablespoons flour and tomato sauce thoroughly and cook slowly; then set aside to cool. Mix 2 cups flour and shortening with enough water to hold together; mix well and roll out very thin. Place dough in bottom of baking pan; press over bottom and up sides; pour cooked and cooled filling in pan; then roll out a piece of dough very thin and place over the top of cooked filling.
