Corned beef casserole



Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs
- onion, sliced - 1 item
- canned milk - 1/4 c
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- can corned beef hash - 1 item
- butter, salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- or 4 cooked potatoes, sliced - 3 item
How to make corned beef casserole:
Place potatoes in baking dish, layer onion and potatoes. Add milk, dot with butter and add salt and pepper. Add corned beef hash; follow with corn. Top with crumbs and cover and bake at 350° for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake 25 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Beef.
