Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • caraway seed - 1/2 tsp
  • sliced celery - 1 c
  • chopped cabbage - 4 c
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
  • can corned beef, crumbled - 1 item
  • mostaccioli noodles - 8 oz

How to make corned beef and cabbage casserole:

Preheat oven to 350°. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until well heated. Makes 8 servings.
