Corned beef and cabbage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 c
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- caraway seed - 1/2 tsp
- sliced celery - 1 c
- chopped cabbage - 4 c
- shredded Swiss cheese - 1 c
- can corned beef, crumbled - 1 item
- mostaccioli noodles - 8 oz
How to make corned beef and cabbage casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Saute cabbage, celery and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 to 50 minutes or until well heated. Makes 8 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
