- mayonnaise
- chopped tomatoes - 1 c
- chopped green peppers - 1 c
- dill pickle juice - 1 c
- bunches green onions, chopped - 2 item
- crisp fried bacon, crumbled - 1 lb
- 8-inch cake cornbread - 1 item
- cans pintos, drained - 2 item
How to make cornbread salad:
In a large dish crumble cornbread. Spread beans on bread. Layer tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon on top. Set aside. Mix mayonnaise and pickle juice. Blend well. Pour over top. Ready to eat.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Breads, Salads.
