- medium onion - 1 item
- parsley - 1 2
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- chicken stock - 1 item
- to 6 slices bread - 5 item
- to 3 stalks celery - 2 item
- giblets - 1 item
- pone cornbread - 1 item
How to make cornbread dressing:
Boil giblets for stock. Saute chopped onion and celery in butter until just done, not brown. Crumble cornbread and moistened bread slices in bowl with enough stock to moisten.
